Note:  My last email to “Gladys” came back “user unknown” which means one of three things:

·         Gladys blocked my e-mail address on her e-mail program;

·         Gladys quickly changed her email address after her last email to me; or

·         Gladys doesn't really exist and the individual e-mailing me was using a pseudo-name.

I'm betting on the first.  And the only reason Gladys would block my email address is if Gladys knew she couldn't win the debate and choose that route to try and claim she had the last word.  Facilitators in Gladys' position always try to have the last word; it does something for their damaged egos.  Gladys followed standard operating procedure for a facilitator:  when you can't control the meeting, when you are losing the battle, shut the meeting down.

For that reason, and so people can see how trained facilitators operate, I am placing the whole of this exchange on my website.
