to provide The Governor's Commission on Early Learning with marketing, advertising, public relations and general communications services to help the Commission develop a statewide campaign to raise the societal value placed on early learning and to increase public awareness of important early learning practices.  The contractor will work with the Governor's Commission on Early Learning:

1.     to prioritize the objectives and to identify the target audience of the statewide campaign, and,

2.     to develop strategies to accomplish campaign objectives.

The amount of the contract:  $1,000,000
