Couric, CBS stoop to new low

The CBS Evening News tonight had an opening salvo about the Massachusetts race. While Martha Coakley was characterized as the Massachusetts Attorney General, Katie Couric lost no time portraying Scott Brown as a "former model" complete with nude picture of Scott Brown with certain anatomical parts blurred out.

The meaning, of course, could not have been clearer: Martha Coakley was an upstanding citizen while Scott Brown was a sleaze who had crawled from beneath semen-stained bed sheets and put on a suit!

Gee, Katie, where was your report on the three people whose lives were destroyed with the help of Martha Coakley? You remember that family, don't you? The Amiraults, who were falsely accused by the Massachusetts Attorney General's office of crimes against children in a put-up job that has all the earmarks of the Wenatchee Witch Hunt in Washington State back in the mid-1990's?

You do remember them, don't you, Katie?

And while we are on the subject of sleaze, where was your report, Katie, on the sexual trysts alleged against Barack Hussein Obama during the 2008 campaign?

And shock of shocks, I saw nothing in your reporting about the Cambridge Police Department.

You remember the Cambridge Police Department, don't you Katie, the department that your buddy, Barack, claimed "acted stupidly" for arresting a friend of Barack's who was trying to break into his own home? The same black guy who hurled racial slurs at the white Cambridge police officer who arrested him because he refused to produce ID when requested to do so, to prove that he did, indeed, live in that house? You know, the police officer Barack invited to the White House so he could give him beer, explain how black people were always the victim, and not apologize for his own stupid, racist remarks?

You remember that incident, don't you, Katie?

Well, in case you missed it, it seems that the Cambridge Police Department, from which Mr Coakley[i], Martha's husband, retired, endorsed Scott Brown. Surprise, surprise!

Don't think your reporting was a tad on the biased side, do you Katie?

Scott Brown's win was not only and indictment of Democrats nation-wide, of the usurper in the Oval Office, occupier of the White House, but also of you, Katie, and your pathetic cohorts at NBC and ABC!

The American people are angry, they are frustrated, not only about the graft and corruption in the nation's capital, not only about the abuse of our United States Constitution and Bill of Rights, but also about your refusal, as a primary media outlet, to report on any of it, to expose any of it, to be the champion of the people instead of the champion of big, oppressive government!

Your sleazy attempt to denigrate Scott Brown tonight on your newscast, Katie, was obviously the outreach of your anger that the American people are not falling in, lock step, behind the Marxist anti-American agenda of the zero in the Oval Office that you support!

How pathetic that you would stoop so low as to take the potshot at Scott Brown and, by extension, the American people, that you did!
