Neo Slavery vs. Classical Slavery
There once was
equality for all under an obscure forgotten document called the US
Constitution. Nevertheless, Blacks
were initially excluded. However,
Thomas Sowell, a Black, points out that he is thankful
for slavery. Slaves were sold by
African tribes that otherwise would have killed their captives. Even today, African wars provide 300,000
slaves per year that are sold in Khartoum and spared death. Slavery saved lives according to
Sowell. While despising slavery, I can
understand why those that invested their money to acquire slaves would resist
financial ruin from enforcement of the equal protection clause in the US
Constitution.
Booker T. Washington, a Black educator
said,
There is a class of
colored people who make a business of keeping troubles, wrongs, and hardships
of the Negro race before the public.
Some of these people do not want the Negro to lose his grievances,
because they do not want to lose their jobs.
An example is Jesse Jackson who doesn't
move his Rainbow Coalition to Khartoum to end slavery. He selfishly shakes down the US
government (taxpayers) and corporate America for billions, even though no one
has bought or sold a slave in the US during this century.
I suspect 95% of the US's population
origins began post-slavery. The
remaining pre-slavery ancestors by and large weren't rich enough to own
slaves. Therefore, only a few
ancestors owned slaves providing enough justification for Jesse Jackson and his
ilk to shake down Blacks, Asians, Haitians, Cubans, Hispanics, other minorities
and all other taxpayers to fund their federal restitution programs.
The Irish also came to the US in
bondage. At one time half of
Philadelphia's population was comprised of white slaves. The problem for the Irish was that they
were slaves for only five years.
Therefore, they were given all the life-threatening jobs. Lose a black and you lost a
multi-generation asset. Lose an
Irishman and you lost less than a five year asset. During war time, the Irish were put in
the front lines because they liked to fight and they were expendable. That is why Notre Dame sports teams are known as the Fighting Irish. Needless to say, the death rate of the
Irish was quite high. I mention the
Irish, not to minimize Black slavery, but to point out the racism of Jesse
Jackson and his ilk. I refer to
Jesse's race hustling and the restitution to blacks movement as racist not only
because he refers to Jews as "Hymies", but
because he doesn't share the booty with his white slave brothers.
More importantly, we all now suffer a
more insidious slavery. We now are
slaves to chosen groups, businesses and foreign countries. With classical slavery, the slave and
master knew each other and were dependent on each other. This dependency was a check and
balance. In addition, the master
had to look into the face of the suffering slave. Under neo slavery, all slave for a
faceless master without a check and balance. Your master doesn't care if you drop
dead trying to support his avarice appetite. The master doesn't know whom the money
comes from and doesn't care. He
never looks you in the face to see your suffering. He just lobbies his collection agent,
the US Congress, screaming "more, more, more, more."
Your property is confiscated and
redistributed to Russia to subsidize its' government leaders: they hate us slaves. We finance training for Palestinian
terrorist and subsidize many Arab countries: they hate us slaves. We provide our latest military
technology to China, saving them billions:
they hate us slaves. We send
aid to North Korea: it hates us
slaves. We finance the UN: it hates us slaves.
We provide multitudes of entitlements
for every possible group in the US.
When was the last time someone pulled out food stamps at the register and
turned to thank you? While you
provide your master shelter and unemployment benefits, he spends his idle time
breaking into your home to see if there is anything that you withheld from his
wants. When he produces art that no
one will buy, he tells his collection agent to tax you for it. When he has trouble selling his
agriculture produce and sports stadiums, he tells his collection agent to tax
you. Never a
"thank you" or a look at the suffering in your face.
It is not racism to suggest that the
equal protection clause under the obscure, forgotten US constitution is good
policy; and it still is the law of the land.
I must now conclude this message and be
about my master's work because tax day is upon me and he is demanding more,
more, more, more.
