Calabretta vs. Floyd (US 9th District Court of Appeals)

This case involves the illegal entry of a social worker, with police support, without warrant or justifiable cause, into the home of a private citizen under the pretense of an anonymous child abuse claim, in violation of the 4th Amendment to the Bill of Rights.  With the advent of Early Childhood Development/Learning, with social workers imposing themselves on parents, harassing parents, and seeking to force their will on parents, this ruling by the court provides parents protection from overzealous social workers trying to justify their existence.
