subject matter that children should not be exposed to without parental consent.
Telling It Like It Is
February 15, 2002
Dear school board member,
This comes to you in the hopes it will
find the place in your minds where rationality resides and where decency and
sanity, coupled with a healthy anger, will trigger appropriate action.
This regards my complaints of recent
days against Mrs. Shannon Geoffrion and Hot Springs
High School, and the explicit video shown in her class in which my daughter was
present.
In the following pages you will find
documentation regarding the true origin of this video and who is endorsing it.
On or about January 14th, a video taped
at Ms. Geoffrion's home from the Discovery Channel
was shown in my daughter's 9th grade biology class. It made my daughter very uncomfortable having
a boy for a lab partner, and she voiced her concerns to me that afternoon. She did not know the name of the video.
After having a conference on or about
the 21st of January with the assistant principal, Mr. George Wilson, and Ms. Geoffrion, I grew even more concerned over the matter
because of the justification Ms. Geoffrion used for
showing this in her classroom, and her very cavalier attitude about it.
Her reasoning was that since kids are
watching Jerry Springer type television shows and having internet access for
visiting websites of a sexual nature, it would not be objectionable for her to
show this in her class, since it was "educational" and
"factual." This is an
assumption of the worst kind: that every
child is morally debased and has no convictions of right or wrong. Hers is a clear-cut demonstration of gross
moral turpitude and recklessness in the classroom.
I gave Mr. Wilson a blank videotape and
requested a copy of the program, which I received in about two days' time. Mr. Wilson said he would have the curriculum
specialist, Ms. Littleton, review the film.
I received my copy of the video without receiving word of comment by Ms.
Littleton or Mr. Wilson. I watched the
video the night I received it. The
subject matter was hermaphrodites and is entitled, "Is it a boy or a
girl?" It concerns babies who are
born with "ambiguous genitalia."
The video was a documentary of sorts, featuring a doctor lecturing to a
group of medical students ostensibly attending a school in New York State.
It documents several case studies of
babies who are now grown adults, who've undergone surgeries to
"correct" or "re-assign" their gender.
The language in the film is rather free
with anatomically correct language, such as "penis, vagina, clitoris,
labia, and scrotum." It features a
Dr. Howard Devore who is a "licensed sexologist" and he clearly
states that he is now homosexual as a result of his numerous (16 in number)
surgeries re-assigning him as a male. He
was genetically female at birth. He now
lives with Tim, his "partner," and it depicts them together in their
home.
As it turns out, this video shown by
Ms. Geoffrion, carries an endorsement of a homosexual
advocacy group, GLAAD—Gay and Lesbians Alliance
Against Defamation.
At the beginning of the video, Dr.
Kenneth Glassberg states that the official position
of the American Academy of Pediatrics on gender re-assignment surgery is
"surgery before the age of 2 years."
It is vital for you to know that Dr.
John Money was one of the first proponents of 'gender re-assignment surgery'
and was on staff at Johns Hopkins University Medical School for many years.
It is also vital for you to know that
Professor Money was, and still is, a contributor to the Journal Of Paedophilia published
in Amsterdam, Holland. All writers to
this publication are self-identified pedophiles.
Dr. Money is a devotee of Dr. Alfred Kinsey
whom you may recall was a homosexual and pedophile himself, driven to promote
his warped ideology of a society where there was no such thing as a "sex
crime" and sex with children would be perfectly legal, losing it's social stigma.
In Dr. Kinsey's thoroughly discredited
and exposed fraudulent "research," his subjects were babies and
children (at least 317 and probably closer to 2,000) whom he sexually molested
(paid by grant money from the Carnegie Foundation and our own government!) and
when they cried he said it was "orgasm." The so-called scientific sampling he used was
"college aged subjects." These
were not college students. They were
sex-offenders in prison.
The University of Indiana, who still
supports Dr. Kinsey's research, built a special soundproof
"laboratory" for him so the cries and screams of his research
"subjects" would not reach others on campus.
One of the things that particularly
enraged me was some of the narrator's words toward the end of the video. Imagine you're 14 or 15 years old, sitting
very uncomfortably with your opposite-sex lab partner, watching a 45-50 minute
video full of explicit language and graphic pictures; and the narrator, toward
the end, says: "As research on gender-identity unfolds, the question
remains: what decisions are best for the infant?"
And another comment: "In the end,
perhaps, it's our children themselves who must tell us 'who' and 'what' they
are."
Are you familiar with the term
"cognitive dissonance?" It is
the state of affairs when two ideas come into MARKED CONFLICT as when one is
presented with an objective fact that appears to undercut one’s cherished
belief.
1964 — Taxonomy of Educational
Objectives, Handbook II is published.
Author Benjamin Bloom states:
"...a large part of what we call 'good teaching' is the teacher's
ability to attain affective objectives through challenging the students' fixed
beliefs." (And just where did those
"fixed beliefs" come from? Their parents? The church?)
Cognitive dissonance is used by the
enemy when they are brainwashing prisoners of war. You cannot have brainwashing without
cognitive dissonance; it is the HEART of brainwashing. I call it micro-terrorism in the classroom.
In a recent email to Dr. Judith Reisman who wrote the expose on Kinsey, I said: "It is my position this material and the
commentary [by the narrator] is especially damaging because of the use of
cognitive dissonance. It is creating
doubt in these kids' minds as to their state of 'normalness' and then
suggesting that perhaps they are something other than what they seem ... but
what? And that they cannot trust their
feelings of 'maleness' or 'femaleness'."
This is mind-control. Plain and simple.
She replied by saying that I was quite
correct to feel betrayed by a school that would give credibility to a bogus,
unproven and indeed discredited "field" of sexual experimentation
called 'gender reassignment surgery'.
And regarding the statistics given on
the video that one in 2,000 children born around the world, are born in this
condition, Dr. Reisman had this to say to me: "Yes, the stats are absolutely
bogus. There is no way these folks can
document the numbers they claim, at all.
Often it is just the doctor's own interpretation that determines the
problem without anything more than a small penis, or undescended testicle or whatever. Anyone who thinks that nice decent fellows
are the main cutters and stitchers on this, just has to examine the role of medicine when it gets
a tad off kilter in any advanced society.
These are 'modern-day Mengele's' and the poor
fellow they find to claim he or she has saved is one of how many who have been
mutilated?"
My daughter, Ashley, is 15 years old, a
morally upright young lady with Christian sensibilities and a clear-cut sense
of right and wrong. She relates to me
that many of her classmates are as well.
She was offended by the display; and, as her mother, I am outraged at
this attempt to de-sensitize her and the other students in the classroom with
sexually explicit material parading under the guise of "education."
If you are not aware of it, all
teachers earn their teacher's degrees on the works of Benjamin Bloom and his
taxonomies of educational objectives.
Bloom, the father of 'mastery learning', otherwise known as Outcome-Based
Education, OBE, is well known for his statement that
"the purpose of education is to change the thoughts, feelings and actions
of students." (All Our Children Learning, page 180.)
Contrast this with Thomas Jefferson's
definition of education: "[The purpose of education is] for every man to
determine for himself what will secure his liberties or endanger them."
The Congressional Record, April 8,
1975, quotes the author of Concepts and Values, as saying,
"Any child who believes in God is mentally ill."
Also, in Denver, Colorado, Dr. William
Pierce, of Harvard University, told some 1,000 teachers at a Childhood
Education International Association seminar:
"Every child in America entering school at the age of five is
insane because he comes to school with certain allegiances toward our founding
fathers, toward our elected officials, toward his parents, toward a belief in a
supernatural being, toward the sovereignty of this nation as a separate
entity. It's up to you teachers to make
all of these sick children well by creating the international children of the
future." (Free World Research, Iowa Report, January, 1993,
"The Established Religion of America's Public Schools," p. 4)
Outcome-Based Education is designed to
produce "politically correct" students who will fit into a world
community by removing intellectual and moral differences between Americans and
citizens of other countries.
In the 1940's, which saw the beginnings
of the "Mental Hygiene Movement," as it was then called, efforts were
stepped up to "re-interpret" and then eradicate the traditional
concepts of right and wrong. For
example, Dr. Brock Chisholm, the Canadian psychologist who said parents were
creating thousands of neurotics, referred to religion as "the world’s oldest
and most parasitical growth." He
told colleagues in an address to the World Federation of Mental Health: "The only psychological force capable of
producing ... perversions is morality, the concept of right and wrong....
[T]his artificially imposed inferiority, guilt, and fear, commonly known as
‘sin’ ... [he said] produces so much of the social maladjustment and
unhappiness in the world... If the race is to be freed of its crippling burden
of good and evil, it must be psychiatrists who take the original
responsibility."
Today schools are overwhelming students
with psychological and demographic questions ... this is known in the
advertising world as "psychographic data-gathering." This psychographics determines, among other
things, the content of your junk mail.
In the educational realm, personal information, gathered by teachers in
the classroom under the guise of what I call "nosy questionnaires" is
collected, entered into one of several recently consolidated electronic
transfer systems...the most popular one being the SPEEDE/ExPRESS,
linked to WORKLINK where the data is analyzed by
behavioral psychologists and picked up by curriculum developers, nearly all of
whom have degrees in behavioral psychology.
Yes... BEHAVIORAL
PSYCHOLOGY. The so-called
"tests" (they are really assessments like the recently authorized NAEP 'National Assessment of Educational Progress') are
largely AFFECTIVE in content. That means
the questions posed to the students are opinion-oriented and
"feeling" questions ... values-laden questions that will
"profile" students and they will be "remediated"
(RE-processed) if their political, religious and social viewpoints do not line
up with the "outcomes" that have been established by the educational
"elite."
What are the "outcomes"?
Here are some of the positions taken by
those who have had a large part in shaping our educational system:
In "Toward A
Soviet America", by William Z. Foster, head of the Communist Party USA,
Foster indicates that a National Department of Education would be one of the
means used to develop a new socialist society in the U.S.
1930:
Educator and author George Counts (a Marxist) asserted that: "...the teachers should deliberately
reach for power and then make the most of their conquest" in order to
"influence the social attitudes, ideals and behavior of the coming
generation..."
1930:
C. F. Potter said:
"Education is thus a most powerful ally of humanism, and every
American public school is a school of humanism.
What can the theistic Sunday schools, meeting for an hour once a week, teaching only a fraction of the children, do to stem
the tide of a five-day program of humanistic teaching?"
1946:
"The Teacher and World Government" - former editor of the NEA Journal (National Education
Association), Joy Elmer Morgan, is published.
He says: "In the struggle to
establish an adequate world government, the teacher... can do much to prepare
the hearts and minds of children for global understanding and cooperation ...
At the very heart of all the agencies which will assure the coming of world
government must stand the school, the teacher, and the organized
profession."
1947:
The American Education Fellowship, formerly the Progressive Education
Association, (a communist "front" organization), organized by John
Dewey, the Father of Modern Education, calls for the: "...establishment of a genuine world
order, an order in which national sovereignty is subordinate to world
authority..."
Am I saying that teachers are
communist? Am I saying that all teachers
are atheists or are they bad?
No, not necessarily. I AM saying that teachers by and large have
been "dupes" of the system, "dumbed down" like the students
they are in charge of. I do think that
this Outcome-Based Education is the reason that we have more and more teachers
dropping out of the teaching profession, especially here in Arkansas. I've talked with good teachers who have quit
teaching altogether because of it, and it's always the same: they don't like the system the way it is
now. It's "site based
management" for their whole career.
Some of them don't know what to call it, and can't quite put their
finger on it...but they ALL know it's not what they wanted to do when they went
to college to become a teacher. The
system is designed to "drum-out" the teachers who are from the
"old school" of thought (none of this "fuzzy math" or
"revisionist history") in favor of the newer, more politically
correct younger teachers. These are the
ones who can be more easily led by the nose and "managed." They (like you) have been like the rest of
America: the frog in the pot of water.... the analogy being if a frog is placed
in a pan of hot water, he recognizes the danger and jumps out. But if you place a frog in a pan of cold
water and gradually raise the temperature over a long enough period of time, he
doesn't recognize the danger and sits there and boils to death.
What I present to you today are facts
about the current system of education and my major complaints against it; and,
specifically, the sex video shown by Ms. Geoffrion in
Ashley's biology class.
Basically, it is this: You, as the school board, have the power to
make some changes...not many, but you do have some.
The superintendent, Mr. Rowe, has you
in a vise-grip situation. Pardon my
saying so, but I've read enough about psycho politics to recognize it when I
see it. You have been so psychologically
manipulated, and you have no defense against it. (There IS a defense, but you are evidently
unaware of it.) I have seen the looks on
your faces at meetings in the past, that you are most uncomfortable disagreeing
with Mr. Rowe, and don't seem to have many ideas of your own. He has either already made his
"wishes" known to you behind the scenes, (probably one-on-one) or
openly in the board meetings and therefore you don't say anything. Or you have been manipulated by his
influence, that you will be his "rubber stamp" for whatever he wants
to happen. You must know that the NEA publishes articles in its professional journal that
includes tips on how to "control" meetings and silence the
opposition. I can almost promise you
that Mr. Rowe subscribes to these journals.
This, now, is my request: That neither this video, nor any other like
material, be shown ever again in a public school classroom in Hot Springs
School District. And that it be made
crystal clear to teachers in the Hot Springs School District that any time any
program, teaching aid or resource (such as this video), that approaches the
limits of common sense and propriety, be approved ahead of time by the BOARD;
and that PARENTS be given the chance to say whether or not they give their
permission for their child(ren) to view the material
or be present in the class where said material is presented by way of a
PERMISSION SLIP signed and returned to the school.
Also:
Do away with the International Baccalaureate Curriculum from the
communist organization UNESCO (United Nations Educational Scientific and
Cultural Organization). It has been
widely publicized in the national media lately that we are in a downward slide
toward losing our Western Culture and way of life. You, at this local level, can do a lot to
help preserve our American culture HERE IN HOT SPRINGS, by getting rid of this
globalist, communistic curriculum and help preserve future generations of
children.
