Under the
traditional paradigm, the job of the peace officer was to “protect and to
serve” the people who were deemed innocent until proven guilty. Under systems governance, or progressive
paradigm, we no longer have peace officers, we have
law enforcement officers whose job it is to enforce the law depending on who
you are, who you know, and what you believe. The will of the majority, as in any
democracy, is visited upon the minority in direct violation of the U.S.
Constitution and Bill of Rights.
There is a great deal of difference
between the traditional paradigm and the progressive paradigm — in their
duties, their principles and their priorities. It's more than SWAT teams, snipers,
illegal searches and seizures, illegal home invasions, selective enforcement of
the law, and corruption. Some refer
to this new genre of law enforcement as “jack-booted thugs.” The label did not come without the
reputation to back it up.
The links to the
left address the law enforcement of today. As our budding “democracy”
comes ever more into fruition, people will see, more and more, the oppressive
reality of the transformed purpose of peace officers — law enforcement.
